Real, not toy
Every feature in beta is production-grade code with contract tests and E2E tests. Outcome receipts, guardrailed replay, Stripe reconciliation, circuit breakers — these work. What’s missing in beta is long-term battle hardening at scale.
Evaluate with confidence
Run HookTunnel in your testing and staging environments. Simulate failures. Watch the circuit breaker trip. Replay events. Run the reconciliation dashboard. When it behaves exactly as you expect under failure, you’ll know it’s ready for you.
Not yet for production-critical
Until you’ve completed your own failure testing, don’t put HookTunnel in your production payment path. This isn’t a disclaimer — it’s respect for your data. We want your trust earned, not assumed.

Your hooks, history, receipts, investigations — all preserved.
Downgrade to Free
Drop back to the Free tier at no cost. You keep your account, your hooks (up to 1), and your event history within the Free retention window.
No hard feelings. Free tier is genuinely useful for solo developers.
The beta promise: We will send advance notice before beta ends. You will have at least 30 days to decide. No card you entered with a test number will ever be charged without a new, real payment method.
